Pickle-brined boneless thigh topped with provolone, bacon, avocado, lettuce and onion, with a spicy ranch dressing and served on Salty Roan Bakehouse Brioche.

All American Patty Melt

Two thin patties, caramelized onions, melted provolone, and a zesty sauce on homemade rye.

Steak Sandwich

Thinly sliced grilled steak, blue cheese crumbles, lettuce, tomato, topped with blue cheese dressing on a homemade baguette.

Bacon Blueberry Salad
